Any dispute arising from these user terms will be resolved through the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre for arbitration by a single arbitrator in accordance with HKIAC Procedures for Arbitration and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. 本協議受中華人民共和國香港特別行政區法例管限。 任何因使用者條款引起的爭議由香港國際仲裁中心單一仲裁人引用香港國際仲裁中心仲裁程序及聯合國國際貿易法委員會仲裁規則排解爭議。

8. This Agreement is prepared in English with a Chinese translation. The English text shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency between the two versions. 本協議以英文草擬，附中文譯本。如兩種文本意義出現分歧，則以英文版本為準。
